Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone, company, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Live chat: your name, the contact detail you choose to leave, and the chat messages.
- AI assistant “Sanad”: the questions you type or record by voice, and its answers.
- Visitor statistics: anonymous counts only (pages viewed, device type, language, referring site). We use no tracking cookies and do not store IP addresses in our statistics.
- Server logs: standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) is logged for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiries and quotation requests, to support you through the chat, to improve our website and services, and to protect the site against abuse. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where your data goes
- Contact-form messages are delivered to our company mailbox through our email provider, Migadu; you may receive an automatic confirmation.
- Live-chat messages reach our team through Telegram. If you leave the site before we reply and you gave us your email, we send the reply there.
- The AI assistant “Sanad” runs on our own servers — conversations are not sent to any outside AI company.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and our location map is shown with Google Maps; Google may collect technical data under its own privacy policy when the map loads.
How long we keep it
- Live-chat conversations: deleted 30 days after the last activity.
- AI-assistant conversations: deleted after 90 days.
- Contact-form messages: kept as business records for as long as needed to serve you.
- Statistics: anonymous totals.
Storage in your browser
We save simple preferences in your browser (localStorage) — language, dark mode and your live-chat session so you can continue it. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@tawen.ly. We will reply as soon as possible.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
